Ep. 674 - Fix Your Eyes

MINISTRY MOMENT

When we let the circumstances of life overwhelm us, we lose sight of who we are in Christ. It is important to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus so that we can strengthen and perfect our faith, focusing on His eternal truth rather than our temporary troubles.

PRAYER POINT

“Heavenly Father, help me keep my eyes fixed on You. When life’s circumstances try to distract or overwhelm me, gently remind me to refocus on Your truth and Your ways. Your hope is alive in me, and with You I will not be shaken. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

Read and study Hebrews 12:1-4, Matthew 14:22-33, and Psalm 16:8.

WALK IT OUT

Start each day by intentionally fixing your eyes on Jesus. Read and jot down Scriptures that remind you of your identity in Him. Place them where you will see them often, so that when life feels heavy, your heart stays anchored in truth and your eyes remain fixed on Jesus.

SHARE WITH OTHERS

Share a time when shifting your focus to Jesus brought you peace. Encourage others to fix their eyes on Jesus rather than their troubles. Share a verse that has helped you, so they too can find strength and hope in Christ.
